Reset a user's password

To reset users' password, the account admin can login here, select the check box next to the user(s) you want to reset the password for and click 'Reset Password' at the bottom of the page.

New password will be sent to the email address of selected user(s).

If you are not an administrator

You can still change your password by going to admin.ringio.com and clicking on the link "Forgot your password?"

You will then be able to enter your email address and a new password will be sent there.
